Does Next Vizon support Canadian billing/insurance workflows?

Next Vizon has integrated insurance claims support and auto-fill features to streamline claims. Pending Insurance claims can be easily tracked. Provincial Billing support mechanism also available.

What is the pricing model?

Next Vizon offers Basic, Standard and Premium month Subscription plans starting with CAD 79.00 per user. Premium plan is highly recommended. Features are based on plan subscribed. Tailored pricing available for multi-location customers. Special discounts for Annual plans.

What support channels are available?

Multi-mode Customer support is available 6 days a week (phone/email etc). We also maintain social channels and video content for product highlights.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers etc.

Is there a one-time purchase option or a subscription model?

We offer only subscription options with monthly or annual payments for continuous access and updates.

What happens if I miss a payment or my payment method fails?

If your payment fails or you miss a payment, we'll usually attempt to notify you and provide a grace period of 10 days to update your payment information. If the issue persists, your access to the software may be temporarily suspended until the payment is resolved.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes, we have a refund policy. If you're not satisfied with the software for any reason, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchase. Refund will be granted on pro-rata basis and any taxes paid are non-inclusive. For other than monthly payment plans separate conditions will be applicable.

Are there any additional fees or charges apart from the listed price?

Taxes or any payment transaction charges by a third party will be additional. For other than patient/customer information migration from old software, Onsite training plans (outside Calgary) or for special requests additional costs may be applicable on case to case basis.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Any changes to your subscription plan will be applicable from end of the current month. Any request need to be raised atleast 2 weeks prior to the end of month.

Is there an option for custom pricing or enterprise licensing?

Yes, we offer custom pricing and enterprise licensing options for larger organizations with specific requirements. Our sales team can work with you to tailor a pricing plan that meets your organization's needs.

Do you offer automatic renewal for subscription plans?

Yes, subscription plans are often set to renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access to the software. You can manage your subscription settings, including automatic renewal, from your account dashboard.

Do you offer trials or demo versions before committing to a purchase?

Yes, we offer trials or demo versions of the software Free of cost for you to evaluate its features and functionality before making a purchase. Simply sign up for a trial account on our website to get started.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time, and will there be any penalties for doing so?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are typically no penalties for canceling. Your access to the software will continue until the end of the current billing period and we will provide you data backup as per request and keep the database active for 3 months free of cost.

Can I transfer my license or subscription to another user or organization?

Depending on special circumstances (Example: Sale of Business or change of company name) you may be able to transfer your license or subscription to another user or organization. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with license transfers. Any such request will be accepted on terms solely at the discretion of Next Vizon and may have associated payable costs.

Does Next Vizon integrate with diagnostic devices / labs / suppliers?

We offer integration support for Exam devices connectivity as typical features— Connectivity process depends on machine, model and supplier.

Which payment processors and POS hardware are supported?

POS/payment integration will be provided to streamline work flow. More information will be required by our Technical Team to Confirm EMV, card terminals and preferred processors with the vendor through their customer support.

Is there a setup fee for using the software?

In most cases, there's no setup fee associated with using the software. The listed price covers access to the software and any initial setup assistance or onboarding materials provided. Some special requests could attract additional charges.   

Can I manage user access?

Yes, Next Vizon enables streamlined user access management, allowing administrators to assign roles, configure access levels, and customize permissions as needed.

Where is my database stored?

Your database is securely stored securely on certified Canadian Server. Our Servers are compliant to Canadian requirements and International safety standards.

Can I access, Next Vizon from anywhere?

Yes, Next Vizon is accessible from any location thanks to its cloud-based solution. This allows for convenient and flexible operation, enabling users to access the platform from various devices and locations with two-factor authentications security.

Can Next Vizon import data from other practice management systems?

Next Vizon has tools and experience to convert data from most practice management software. Free onboarding is provided to transfer Patient personal details record to Next Vizon.

How is onboarding, training, and data migration services?

Next Vizon offers services to help with conversion and Onboarding of patient data. Premium data migration options are also available on paid basis to transfer maximum possible previous records to Next Vizon.

Where is customer data hosted?

We host our data on secured, compliant and certified Canadian cloud server. Servers are meeting International as well as Canadian safety and Compliance standards.

What encryption standards are used (at-rest / in-transit)?

TLS for transit, AES-256 or equivalent for storage. Data is extracted and stored in encrypted way to ensure safety and compliance.
